I finally made it. Day 30. I woke up and weighed at 148.8 lbs. I took the last of my water pills, the last of my morning shakes, and went to work. I had some Salisbury steak and my last lean shakes. I had some turkey cheese and pickles. And then took the last of my supplements.


I worked out for 45 minutes and now wait to see the final totals tomorrow morning.
