I am typing this now because Tuesday night I had something happen and was in no mood to type. I needed a day’s reset.
I woke up and weighed 149.3 lbs. I took my pills and drank 2 lean shakes. I was too sad to eat so I had to force two lean shakes and then had to force a salad at dinner. I took my supplements and did a 30 minute workout, or tried to at least. I did close my rings though.
I also didn’t do pictures and measurements only because I’m taking some on December 1st so it would be pointless to do some 2 days before that.
