I woke up this morning and weighed 150.7 lbs. a little progress but I’ll take it. I took my shakes and had 2 protein bars and then drank 40 oz of water. That kept me full until lunch where I had 2 more lean shakes and some green beans. I got home and had 2 protein bars for dinner and worked out for 55 minutes. I’ve noticed my weight during the day go down hoping to get a lot of progress for tomorrow.
