Happy Thanksgiving. I woke up this morning and weighed at 150.9 lbs. I was a little mad, but it’s better to stay the same than gain weight. I took my supplements and drank lean shakes. Instead of turkey and potatoes today I had plenty of protein bars and lean shakes. I admit I ate more than I should, but it’s a holiday.
I did a 42 minute workout, burning 450 calories and got my steps in. Overall, I’m hoping I can make some more progress with one week left.
