It’s Wednesday, you know what that means. Pictures. I woke up and weighed in at 150.9 lbs. not as much as I wanted but any step forward is a good one. Weirdly enough, my actual measurements remained the same except my waist which is 29 inches now.




I took my supplements and drank 4 lean shakes for breakfast. At lunch I drank another and had some meatballs. I spaced out my shakes and I had 1 extra, I also skipped dinner to balance things out. But then I worked out and closed the rings and took my SlimPM.
