Bodydynamix: Day 21

I don’t know where I went wrong, it might have been the lack of sleep, but it shouldn’t undo it this much. I weighed in at 151 lbs this morning and took my supplements I then took my lean shakes and drank 2 more at work. I had some cheese, turkey and pickles as a snack.

For exercise I did 45 minutes of DDPY and burned 800 calories during the day. I’m glad I’m in the home stretch because I’m afraid I’m getting burnt out.
