Alright we are in the home stretch here, last 10 days. I weighed in this morning at 150.2 lbs, took my supplements and drank 3 lean shakes. I drank 1 at lunch and for dinner had an omelette and a salad. For my workout, I did 45 minutes of DDPY and 58 minutes at practice burning a total of 1,440 calories! I’m gonna keep this flow going tomorrow and see just how much I can burn by Thursday.
