Today I woke up and weighed 152.1 lbs. a minor speed bump but one that I will breeze past. I took my supplements, drank my shakes, and mostly sat today. For lunch I drank 2 more shakes, and then at dinner had a salad. Then I ran 2.5 miles and burned over 300 calories in 30 minutes. I took my other set of supplements and am ready for bed.
