I started today well with a 151.7 lb weigh in. I took my supplements and drank my shakes. I worked out after work after burning 400 calories during the day. Today I drank 2 lean shakes and ate a lot of protein heavy snacks. I closed the rings though and may bump up a bit, but I’m still in a better position than I was last week.
