As Owen Hart once said “Enough is enough and it’s time for a change”. And boy was he right. Today I weighed in at 153.9 lbs. , I took my supplements and drank my lean shakes. Now for the change part, I’m gonna be harder about sticking to the lean shakes and today I was 2 lean shakes in the morning, 2 at lunch, 4 patties and that’s it. From now on, I’ll be eating lean shakes and salad until I am at least caught up. I did my DDPY and burned calories. I’m hoping to finally make progress tomorrow.
