Alright it’s Wednesday so time for an update. The only muscles that changed were my quads at 22 inches now instead of 21.5. I took pictures even though I didn’t feel like it because I made a promise to do so. I weighed in at 153.2 which is an improvement but I’m still holding onto more weight than I wanted too. I’m gonna make a major change tomorrow because I’m sick of getting nowhere fast. I took my supplements and drank my shakes, for lunch I had some chicken tacos without a shell, and 2 lean shakes, then at dinner had salmon and a salad. I burned 530 calories at practice. Tomorrow I’m starting an updated routine, this new one’sgonna hopefully get me out of this slump I’m in.
