Dymanix30: Day 13

We’ve got lucky number 13 today. I woke up and weighed in at 152.7, I’m almost back to where I want to be. I took my supplements and drank my breakfast lean shakes. At school I burned 480 of my 500 calories and closed my exercise ring. I drank 2 more lean shakes. And got home and cooked a dinner of 2 salads and cod where I burned 20 more calories. Closing all my rings before 6 o clock.

After dinner I did a 43 minute workout and burned another 450 calories. Meaning I was so close to 1,000 calories burned. Then came wrestling practice, where I burned my last 530. Putting my total calories burned at over 1,500. I achieved 300% of my goal and received a new personal best. I took my SlimPM and am ready for the hard work to pay off tomorrow.
