Sunday morning I woke up at 8 AM and weighed in at 153.2 lbs, meaning I’ve almost worked off from Friday. I took my supplements and drank 3 lean shakes. I went to church and drank 2 more after church. Then for a snack I had some almonds and for dinner, I had a salad and salmon.
Exercise was a little different cause I was at home today. I did laundry and burned some calories doing that and then went on a 30 minute run to close the rings. I burned 560 calories running.
For this week, my goal is to have no days where I bump up in weight. I’m planning on being as disciplined as possible this week.
