Dynamix30: Day 10

Before I go about my day, I think I’ll take some time to reflect on the challenge so far. I’m 1/3rd of the way done and I thought now would be time to reflect. I’m 4lbs down in 10 days which isn’t a bad rate, but I don’t think I’ll hit my 133 goal. If I can get down to 145 at least I’ll be a success. If I didn’t hit a roadblock I would be a lot smaller.

But now for the day, I weighed in at 151.7 lbs meaning I went down a little bit, I took my supplements and took 3 lean shakes. But this is where my roadblock happened again today, I had training and got lunch provided. So I ate more lunch meat and meat sticks than I should’ve. I didn’t know if I was allowed to bring lean shakes so I didn’t. I tried limiting myself but it was hard too. I got home, took my supplements and ate a salad. I burned 455 calories during my workout though trying to minimize the damage for tomorrow.
