It’s been one week since I started and today is the first day of weekly results. I weighed in at 152.4 lbs. meaning I am down 3 lbs since starting. (Yes some of it is water weight) and I took my measurements. My chest increased an inch, but my core decreased an inch. The rest stayed the same. I also took the pictures




After I took my supplement stack I took 3 lean shakes. One Toasty Yay! One chocolate and one strawberry. The cool thing about the toasty one is that it’s only 2 net carbs not 3, I really wish they weren’t discontinued. At lunch I had a cup of peas and 2 more lean shakes, a banana and cookies and cream. For a snack, I had peppers, a cheese stick, and celery. When I got home I ate a piece of cod and had a salad followed by 2 cookies
For exercise I burned about 330 calories during the day and got home and hit a 30 minute yoga session and closed my rings. I then took my SlimPM in hopes of another day of great results.
