And we’re back on track. Today I weighed myself at an even 154 lbs. meaning I am slowly but surely undoing the damage the pizza did. I took my supplements and drank 2 lean shakes and went to work. At lunch I drank 2 more lean shakes with vanilla being today’s secret word of the day. I also burned about 300 calories and got 7 minutes of exercise throughout my workday.
I got home at 5:40 and ate a piece of cod with a side salad. Finishing the day at about 1,100 calories in. And 2,358 calories out. I hit 2 yoga workouts for about 40 minutes and then took my SlimPM. Tomorrow morning is when I take my measurements and pictures so I can’t wait to compare and contrast.
