Dynamix30: Day 6

Sorry for the late post, I was too exhausted when I got home from practice.

I woke up and weighed in at 154.3 lbs. meaning I’m chipping away at my roadblock. I took my supplements and drank my lean shakes 2 of them. Throughout my day, I ended up burning about 410 calories and apparently moving around enough during the day registered as exercise on my rings so I closed them very quickly. I had some bbq chicken and green beans and 2 lean shakes at lunch and for a snack, some peppers. For dinner I had a chicken breast and 2 salads and hit a 45 minute workout, burning 424 calories. During practice I burned 444 calories. Bringing my total burned calories for the day up to 1,302.
