I woke up after my cheat day and weighed in at 155.4. Now I’m not mad becuase I am getting back up, and I expected it to be a lot worse to be honest. So I went on my day as usual, took my morning supplements and drank 3 lean shakes. I then had a salad around lunchtime and did my first 3 workouts. I worked on my core, did yoga, and went on a 16 minute run. I then did some Pilates to close the rings and get my minutes in. After workout I drank a lean shake, and then around dinner I took my supplements and ate 4 chicken spinach sausages. Overall I tired to be light today, but I had to work twice as hard to move forward. The cool thing is I closed my rings for 7 days straight.
