Dynamix30: Day 3

Today, I started day 3 of Dynamix30 , I woke up and weighed in at 153.2 lbs, down almost a whole pound from yesterday, but when it comes to weight loss, slow and steady wins the race sometimes. I took my supplement stack and drank 2 Lean Shakes, a banana and a strawberry.

At work, I took my students for their recess and spent a good chunk of it pushing kids on scooters. At this point, I’m training like Rocky Balboa, getting my strength training by running while pushing 30-40 lb kids, getting not only some extra calories in but some extra exercise time. After recess, I had lunch where I had a bit of a deconstructed taco, meaning beef, cheese and some lettuce. I limited myself so that I could have my next Lean Shakes, a vanilla and a chocolate. I had a quick salad as an afternoon snack. During second recess I played some more burning more calories putting me at over 400 of my 500 goal before I even left work for the day.

After work I had to get some groceries at CashWise so I got some extra steps in and when I got home I took my second dose of supplements. I made a 5 egg cheeseburger bacon omelette for 435 calories. Today I had to be a little loose with my count due to the unknown calories of the taco, I guesstimate it’s about 150, bringing my calorie count to about 1,365.

After dinner, I did my DDPY, I did 2 workouts for about 40 minutes and burned a combined 380 calories bringing my rings to 876 calories burned, 62 minutes working out and 12 hours standing with 8,748 steps. Another productive day, now let’s see if the hard work is gonna continue to pay off.
