
Bodydynamix, it is one of my favorite brands and one I frequently have used over the las 5 years for different reasons. I have yet to try all of them at once, but that’s where this blog comes in. Welcome to the Dynamix30 challenge.
Today is November 1st, 2023 and I have a 30 day supply of every Bodydynamix product, the original Slimvance XP, a core slimming complex, a water pill, CLA, Super Citrimax, and Slim PM. For the next 30 days, I will only take this supplement stack and see exactly how much my body changes and share my results with you guys. My desire is to lose 22 lbs over the next month, and to get a smaller core.
A few rules for the Dynamix30: First, I can only consume these supplements. No extra supplements, no pre workouts or other thermos. Second, I must consume 1,500 calories a day maximum between 3 meals while on a low carb diet. Third, 2 of my 3 meals must consist of GNC LeanShakes, vegetable snacks are allowed if I am within my calorie deficit. Fourth, I must close all my rings daily, (we will get to those two in a minute.) Fifth, every day I will wake up at 8 AM, I will take my weight and every Wednesday I will take a few pictures and my body measurements.

Over the past 2 months, I have stashed a lot of Lean Shake 25s from GNC. Each bottle is 25 grams of protein, 170 calories and 3 net carbs with 1 gram of sugar (The Girl Scout Cookie flavors have 2 grams). I will be consuming a few each day as meal replacements and will finish all these bottles by the end of the 30 days.

I mentioned my rings earlier. For those without Apple, Apple Fitness has these things called “rings” that measure 3 things: calories burned, minutes exercised and hours standing. For me, I have a daily goal of 500 calories burned, 30 minutes of exercise, and 8 hours standing. This means I will be no days off the next 30 days. I also have a daily goal of 7,000 steps. This is all tracked on my Apple Watch.
Now that the rules and introductions are out of the way, let’s get into day 1.
Day 1
On day 1 I weighed myself at 155.4 lbs. I was expecting to be a little heavier since I did consume some water around 10:30 last night. I took my body measurements of a 34 inch chest. 12 inch arms. A 29 inch waist. 33 inch hips. 21 inch thighs. And 12 inch calves. I then took some pictures.




And now my day starts. I woke up and took my stack, I took my first serving of Slimvance XP, CLA, and my Water Pill as my wake up formula. Before breakfast I took the Super Citrimax as it was my first biggest meal of the day and my core slimming formula as it is recommended before breakfast.
For breakfast, I drank 3 lean shakes and had a handful of Catalina Crunch cereal. During the day I consumed a lot of water, about 120 oz during the day. For lunch I had a light salad and 2 more lean shakes. For snack, I had some broccoli, and for dinner 2 chicken breasts and another salad, I also had a dessert of 2 Catalina Crunch peanut butter cookies. I ate after taking my second servings of Slimvance XP, CLA and my core slimming formula and Super Citramax as dinner was my second biggest meal today. At the end of the day, I consumed 1,340 calories with 150 grams of protein, only 17 carbs, and a very low 7 grams of sugar.
During my job, I burned about 388 calories and exercised for 4 minutes. I hit my stand goal as I usually do mid day. I teach pre-school and my kids get 2 recesses, usually when I’m walking around the playground or playing with one of my students it gets some exercise in. At wrestling practice I burned 655 calories, reaching my 500 goal within 6 minutes and putting me well in my goal of not only 500 calories but 1,000 calories doubling both my workout time and calorie goals. I also reached my steps goal, hitting 8,329 steps today.

Overall, a very productive first day and I closed it off with a Slim PM.
